The Life You Want
We start with what matters most to you: walks, travel, gardening, the people you love and the things you haven't done yet. Then we work backwards to what your body needs to do them.
One hour with Sarah on Zoom, and you leave knowing what to do first, and in what order.
You feel well, you're busy, and you'd like to keep it that way for a long time yet. Your strength, balance and bones are changing either way, and you can't feel your bones at all until something breaks. The good news is that all three respond to the right work, starting now.
Most women I meet are already doing plenty: walking, going to classes, taking vitamin D. I was too, (and I was teaching movement for a living), when a DEXA scan came back that I had osteoporosis. What I discovered is that we can think we're doing all the right things but what we are usually missing is the right work in the right order.
In 60 minutes we'll look at your body, your bones, your week and the life you want, and you'll leave with your three priorities for the next 30 days, what to leave out for now, and a written summary to keep.

It rarely starts with anything dramatic. Most of the time you feel fine, you're busy, and the changes are small enough to put down to a bad night or a long week or feeling a bit stressed. See how many of these you recognise.
You're up and out, but the first few steps are stiffer than they used to be.
Lifting the case up there takes more effort, and a bit more planning, than it did.
The climb you used to chat your way up now needs your full attention.
A day of digging comes with a price to pay the next morning.
You're more cautious on wet leaves, icy pavements and rocky paths than you once were.
The balance poses wobble more than they used to, and you put it down to a bad day.
Your knees, hip or your back have started to have a say in your plans.
You still book the walking holiday, but you've started choosing the gentler routes.
Your shoulders look rounder than you remember, and you stand up straighter for the next one.
She lost height over the years, and you've wondered whether that's heading your way too.
Osteopenia, osteoporosis, or a letter suggesting a scan. A word you weren't expecting, and a future you want to think about differently.
I feel fine now. I'd like to feel this fine for a long time yet.
Every one of these responds to the right work, and the earlier you start, the easier it is.
None of it was wrong. Each piece was aimed at one part of you, usually in whatever order it came along.
It helped the knee, the hip, the shoulder, and nobody looked at why the next niggle kept turning up.
Good for how you move, and most classes stop short of the load your muscles and bones need to keep building.
Walking is brilliant for your heart and your head. On its own it doesn't give your bones or muscles enough to respond to.
Vitamin D and calcium have their place. Neither of them can carry the shopping up the stairs or catch you on a wet kerb.
Lift heavy, never lift, walk more, rest more. It's hard to know whose advice fits your body.
The approach that served you for years may now be the one costing you most.
This is the hour where somebody finally looks at all of it at once.
You don't wake up one morning unable to do what you love. A little strength goes each year, a little bone goes without telling you, and the gap between the two paths below gets built on an ordinary Tuesday.
We lose muscle and strength a little every year from midlife, and bone is lost fastest in the years after the menopause. You won't notice it this month, or next but a year on, or maybe five years, and the hills, your garden and long-haul trips start to take their toll.
Strength, balance and bone all respond to the right work at any stage. The women who keep their independence usually started while they still felt fine.
This hour is about your bones and your strength.
More than that, it's about the life they help you live.
Your body keeps adapting at every stage of life. Give it the right work and it keeps responding.
Muscle, bone and balance all respond to the right support, in the right order, whatever your starting point. That's how you build the capacity for the years you've got planned.
The Strong Body, Strong Bones Plan is built around you. In one hour we look at the whole picture, how you move, sleep, recover, eat and live, alongside your bone history and anything a scan has told you, and map out the steps to build muscle, load your bones well, sharpen your balance and keep your energy up.
Years of stress, broken sleep and pushing through leave your body braced and running on reserves. We settle that first, because a calmer nervous system helps you sleep, recover and get more from everything that follows.
A lot of pain comes from load going through the wrong places. We restore the movement patterns you stopped using, so your hips, spine, shoulders and feet share the work again, and strength work is safe for your joints and your spine.
Once you're settled and aligned, strength work sticks. This is where we load your bones progressively, build muscle and train balance, following the UK's expert guidance on exercise for bone health, so your body is ready for the life you want.
We meet on Zoom for an hour. It's a conversation for women who are fed up guessing and want to know what their body, and their bones, need.
We start with what matters most to you: walks, travel, gardening, the people you love and the things you haven't done yet. Then we work backwards to what your body needs to do them.
We look at your strength, your balance, your energy and your bones, including family history, menopause timing and any scan results. If you've done the Kitchen Check from the quiz, bring your numbers.
I'll explain how muscle, bone and balance change, what's likely behind what you've noticed, and which parts respond fastest to the right work. Clarity is what turns worry into a plan.
Together we set your three priorities for the next 30 days, in the right order, including what to leave out for now if your bones need protecting. You leave with a plan built around your body and your week.
You've read the articles, tried the classes and wondered if you're doing the right thing. This hour gives you a clear picture of your body and a plan built for it.
A clear picture of your strength, balance and bone health today, and where your current habits are likely to take you.
The three things that matter most for your body over the next 30 days, in the right order, from building strength to loading your bones safely.
What to start, what to stop and what to leave out for now, so your time goes on the things that actually make a difference.
A follow-up email with everything we agreed, so you don't have to remember it all and can start straight away.

Small daily sessions changed everything. I have just taken up riding horses again, even though the experts said that would never happen, and I just bought a new horse with a friend of mine, so we go riding together… I'm loving it. The Vitality Blueprint is amazing, and my body loves it... I am now fitter than I have been in years, and I get a lot of comments from friends about how well I look. My hair grew back, my back is so much better, and it continues to improve. I never thought I'd ride again, and this was taken in June this year, first time back on my horse. I couldn't believe I was sat on her after all these years. Look how happy I am.

On walks I knew I was operating at my limit - and not being that kind to my body. Now I carry my back pack for several miles without my back complaining. I can walk uphill further. I'm more flexible. Some of my peers tick me off for showing off at stiles. It's not deliberate (well it wasn't to begin with).

Before this programme, I couldn't stand without leaning on something and then only for a very short time. I was in great pain despite having had 3 cortisone injections and physio. I have far more energy and no longer put off doing things — I just get on with them. I can say yes to things without worrying if I'll keep up. Now, I can look forward to my future with confidence. In fact I went to Argentina and felt so emotional when I realised how much I'd walked over the 12 days. I can hardly believe how much I did.

I've learned so much about my body — how it works, supports me, and can heal itself. After years of frustration with osteopathy, physiotherapy, and chiropractic treatments that didn't resolve my pain, my pain is now mild, easier to manage and I feel confident I can continue improving. Discovering how simple, subtle movements can make such a difference has been a true breakthrough.

I had tried different programmes for years and was only getting heavier and stiffer as time went by. When I first came across Sarah's programme, I was dealing with health issues that I now believe were linked to stress, and I had recently been prescribed medication for high blood pressure. I knew things had to change, but I needed someone I could trust to guide me with sensible, honest advice.

From day one, something shifted. I felt different straight away, and that's absolutely wonderful.
You're busy, active and ambitious about your life, trips, hills, gardens, horses, and you want your body to keep up.
You want someone to look at the whole picture, including your bones, rather than treat the knee, the hip or the hormone in isolation.
You'd rather hear one clear assessment than another list of exercises you won't do.
You're willing to change something small and consistent, starting this month.
You want a quick fix, a supplement, or a diagnosis you can hand to someone else to solve.
You're looking for medical treatment, a diagnosis or a replacement for your GP, consultant or physio.
You believe stiffness, weakness and thinning bones are simply part of getting older.
You want a generic plan you can follow without ever talking to a human about your life.

Please arrive with an open mind. You don't need to prepare anything, though your quiz numbers and any scan results are welcome.
This is a personalised plan, not a medical diagnosis.
The goal is to create a practical next step, not overwhelm you.
Everything discussed remains confidential.
Women who feel reasonably well and want to stay that way, women who've had a scan result they weren't expecting, and women who've noticed a few changes and want a clear plan instead of more conflicting advice.
No. Your muscles, bones and balance respond to the right work at any stage, and some of the biggest changes I see come from women who started later than most. Only the starting point and the order change.
Yes, this is exactly the kind of situation this session is for. Everything I suggest follows the UK's expert guidance on exercise for bone health, works alongside your GP and any treatment you're on, and starts at the right level for you.
Most of what you've tried treated one part of you: a knee, a hip, a class, a supplement. This looks at your nervous system, your strength, your movement, your bones and your daily life together, which is usually where the missing piece has been.
We meet on Zoom for 60 minutes. You'll get a calendar invitation and a short note beforehand. There's nothing to prepare, and if you've done the quiz, bring your Kitchen Check numbers.
A clear picture of where you stand, your three priorities for the next 30 days, what to start, stop and leave out, and a written summary by email.
Yes, and it's designed to be useful on its own. If you decide to carry on with me in The Vitality Blueprint™ within 14 days, the full £95 comes off the programme.
Not at all. Whether you're walking miles every week or finding the stairs harder than you'd like, the plan starts from where you are today.
Yes. The session is held on Zoom, so you can join from anywhere in the world. Pricing remains in GBP.
Most sessions are booked within 2 to 10 days, depending on availability. Once you book, you'll see available times straight away.
You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund. Full terms are shared in your booking confirmation.
There's no pressure at all. If it feels right, I'll show you what working together in The Vitality Blueprint™ looks like, and the £95 comes off if you join within 14 days. Either way, the hour is designed to be worth it on its own.
You don't need another supplement, gadget or programme to add to the pile. You need one clear hour, an honest picture of where you stand, and a plan you can start the next morning.
